What tools do I need?

None! All of our kits will ship with the appropriate tools and all fasteners for installation.

The kits are out of stock

As a new business, the kits are made in small batches. These are made often, but there may be a delay of 1-3 weeks between batches. Please check back often or follow @racesimengineering on Instagram for updates on stock.

Shipping

We ship internationally, tracked and signed where possible. Please be sure to add a phone number to your address as we often use a courier service to ensure delivery can be door to door, due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Please contact us if you have any issues or queries regarding shipping.

All orders are currently shipped from the UK, this means that there may be customs charges when ordering from the EU or other regions. We are looking for a solution to this.

Order dispatch

UK shipping will be dispatched as soon as possible. All international orders will be dispatched on Fridays & Saturdays.

Shipping Delays

Due to the effects of the pandemic, shipping companies may be facing longer than usual delivery times. Please email us with your order number if your package has not arrived on time or has gone missing so we can help.

Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns if notified within 14 days. Returns will be at our expense for any items that are faulty. Returns due to a change of mind / cancellation will be at the buyers expense.

Warranty

If you have any issue with our products, please contact us and provide a photo / video of the problem. While all our products are custom made, we pride ourselves in making sure that our customers are getting the best possible after sales support. If something brakes during shipping, or up to a year after the purchase date during normal use, we will send you a replacement for the parts, free of charge. Any parts that are broken due to misuse can be replaced at the buyers expense.
